Terms of Service

Updated October 15, 2026. These terms are between you and AEONIS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 10001 NW 50th St #104, Sunrise FL 33351 ("we").

The service

Aeonis Hour shows estimates of grid CO2 intensity and appliance energy from public data and what you enter. It is not a forecast, a utility bill, a carbon certificate or engineering advice. Follow your appliance maker's safety instructions; don't run appliances unattended where they say not to.

Pro

Pro is a monthly subscription sold through Gumroad, which processes payment and refunds under its terms. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Calendar links stop working when a subscription ends.

Acceptable use

No scraping, automated bulk use, attempts to break limits or security, or unlawful content. Third-party data is used under its own terms (see sources).

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Law

Florida law governs; venue is Broward County, Florida. We may update these terms and will change the date above.
